La distribución es muy cómoda, y en la reforma incorporaron hall y pasillo además de una habitación al salón, con lo que no hay prácticamente pasillo, es muy diáfano, totalmente exterior, y como decía sorprendentemente luminoso, dado que tiene ventanas a todas las orientaciones. Comodidad climática garantizada con la caldera individual de gas, para agua caliente y calefacción con radiadores de aluminio, y cierre de ventanas dobles, además de recibir mucha radiación solar por sus orientaciones y amplios ventanales. Está situado en el tranquilo barrio de Basotxu, en donde se aparca sin dificultad pues hay mucho sitio para ello. La línea de Bizkaibus está a 1 minuto. El metro, pilla mejor la estación de Algorta, pero no está cerca, unos 15 minutos andando. El edifico no tiene aprobadas derramas. El estado del mismo es bueno. ITE pasada en 2019.
