The main room has a double bed, faces an interior patio and has a large wardrobe with a mirror to store all your belongings. The other room has a single trundle bed that converts into a double bed, and also has a good wardrobe. It also faces an interior patio, to ensure the tranquility of the tenants. The bathroom has a spectacular design, it is equipped with a large shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The cot is subject to availability. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries an additional charge of 50 EUR to be paid in cash. Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
