ROOM 1 - Rambla Badal This newly renovated apartment is situated in Sants area, a district that gives a familiar feeling of staying in a quarter where locals live and share. Sants is very well communicated with the rest of the city and also with outskirts of Barcelona. The apartment has in total 5 rooms, all of them with its own complete bathroom. Three rooms can be shared by two people and two rooms are single, so when the house is fully booked, you can share up to with 7 flatmates. Dispose of living room integrated with kitchen area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. There are two terrace, one with a big table and seats for relax and chill out, and the other one serves as a laundry as it has clothes line and washing machine. All rooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioner/heating system. All rooms are equipped with TV. This is a large and exterior room for two people, that dispose of 2 single beds, 2 bed tables and 2 bed table lamps. There are 2 two-door closets and 2 buckets for dirty clothes. On the working area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs, 2 desk lamps, 2 paper baskets and 2 bulletin boards. The room has two windows facing the street. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35/single room and 50/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50 extra fee.
