The loft is in El Cabanyal, an up-and-coming neighbourhood close to the boulevard, the harbour, clubs en many restaurants. You stay in Tres Reinas in the Carrer de la Reina the major street of the quarter from where it is a short 6 minutes' walk to the wide and clean sandy beach. It is an appealing place to stay for vacationers, sun lovers in the winter, and digital nomads (the desk is available, and a computer screen on request). The 145m2 rooftop terrace has an outdoor shower, seating areas, picnic tables, and sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the beach and the sea. The loft is one of three that are located on the first floor of a protected, refurbished building constructed in 1929, many of whose original architectural features have been kept. Large, tall windows, white stucco walls, partially exposed brick and metal beams, and high, towering ceilings. This, along with the tall doors and vaulted ceilings, produces a lovely atmosphere. The use of an air source heat pump for cooling, heating, and hot water supply, the recycling of residual heat, and the utilization of skylights with lots of natural light all contribute to the loft's sustainability. It features a water softening system, air conditioning (cooling and heating), a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent bathroom with a double sink and a spacious shower. The bed is 200*180 cm, which is 'Muy Grande' to Spanish standards. The mattress is of 5-star hotel quality. The furnishings, equipment, glasses, pottery, and cutlery are all great quality and mostly made in Spain. The decor is a mix of vintage furniture, decorations from local workshops, and items from trendy stores. The loft has an integrated sleeping and sitting area; the sitting area with two armchairs, a dining table with 2 chairs and a smart TV.
