Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 4 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM! Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay): Long term bookings have an additional cost of 225 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival. *includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet Late check-in: Late check-ins (after 8PM) are subject to a 25 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in. Night check-ins (after 12AM) are subject to a 50 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in. (We value our staff's free time, so we have to pay them extra to stay up so late)
