The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, providing an ideal space for preparing your meals. The bathroom is shared, and bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. This room has a 90cm by 190cm single bed, hot/cold air conditioning, bed linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, closet, kitchenware, and a window overlooking the interior courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 other private rooms. The property is located on a high floor and has an elevator, and the window of this room faces the interior courtyard, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during your stay. Located on the quiet Calle de Valderribas, in the Puente de Vallecas neighborhood, the apartment is in a well-connected residential area, ideal for those looking for a comfortable and practical place to live in Madrid. From here, you can quickly reach many points of interest in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Gran Via or Retiro Park, thanks to the excellent public transport connections. Kids are not allowed. 10. For more than 1 tenant, there is an extra charge per additional person, equivalent to 50 Euros per month. Check-in/out: Check-in: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-in-late from 22:00 to 00:00 are 20 supplement and from 00:00 to 1:30 are 30 supplement. Check-out or Departure from the Studio at 11 A.M. at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE).
