Accommodation only for students between 20 and 35 years old. Valid periods of stay (full months): - First semester (until February) - Second semester (until July) - Full school year (September to July) - Summer (July and/or August) Utilities (60 /month) and weekly cleaning (mandatory) of private and common areas (70 /month) not included in the price. Private room for single use with premium double bed (180 cm wide). Fully furnished, it offers central heating and electric fans, ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk for comfortable study. Bed linen and towels are included.
