It is a three-room apartment completely renovated and has a bathroom, a small dining area and kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishes and a washing machine. All of them have closets, study tables with lamp, set of sheets and towels so you can enjoy your stay from the first moment of your arrival. Located in the neighborhood of El Viso, surrounded by study centers such as EAE, IE or Schiller, this apartment is perfect, it is just a few minutes walk away. A few steps away you will find a Carrefour 24 hours supermarket, stores, restaurants, pharmacies and a lot of commerce of all kinds where you can cover any kind of need. What are you waiting for to rent your new apartment in Madrid? Important clarifications: 1) We will mail the tenants to request their passports and letters of acceptance to the university. Once we receive these documents, we will send you the contract for your review and signature. 2) The payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about registering these services. 4) Our services include biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) The check in hours are the day of the beginning of the contract from 15h to 18h. In case of not wanting/being able to check in on that day, Housinganywhere must be notified, with a minimum of 15 days, the desired date for check in, which must be within Housinganywhere's business hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm). In the event that special assistance is required for check in (even if it is on the contract start date, but outside business hours or weekends/holidays), a fee of 30 will be charged and will be subject to Housinganywhere's approval. 6) The supply provision will be paid every month together with the rent. Make it clear that it is only a provision. At the end of your stay we will make the liquidation of supplies with the actual invoices. 7) The deposit will be returned up to 30 days after your departure from the apartment. 8) The building has no elevator.
