This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a 1.35 double bed, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hair dryer. The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook an interior patio, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during their stay. Located on Calle de Barquillo, the studio is in one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan areas of Madrid. From the studio, you can reach Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum or El Retiro Park, all of them iconic in Madrid, in just a few minutes. In addition, the Barrio de las Letras is just a step away, an area full of literary and cultural history, with bookstores, museums and bohemian cafes. This studio is perfect for students, as it is close to several renowned universities. The Complutense University, the Polytechnic University and the Pontifical University of Comillas are all very well connected by public transport, making it easy to get between classes and explore the city. Public transport is unbeatable in this area. The Tribunal metro station (Lines 1 and 10) is just a few minutes walk away, connecting you directly to the centre of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Chueca and Malasaña. In addition, several bus lines pass nearby, and the biciMAD system is available for quick and eco-friendly travel throughout the city. The area has a wide variety of services, such as nearby hospitals (Hospital Clínico San Carlos and Universitario la Princesa), shopping centres such as El Corte Inglés, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cinemas. This studio is perfect for those looking for a comfortable, well-connected place with everything they need to enjoy their stay whether studying or working in Madrid. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES: 1. Payment method: cash or bank transfer. 2. The deposit must be paid by cash during check-in. 3. Admin fee of 60 Euros is payable in cash at the time of check-in. 4. The amount of 60 euros must be paid in cash one day before check-out as a maintenance fee. 5. City registration (empadronamiento): not possible. 6. In case of the need of an invoice, tenants should note that we do NOTassume the VAT, which is equivalent to 10% in Spain. TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED for the accommodation. 7. Taxes and commissions for credit cards and/or bank transfers are NOT included. 8. The internet service is the responsibility of the LANDLORD. The value of the electricity bill and the value of the water supply will be paid to the LANDLORD upon presentation of the corresponding invoice by the TENANT. 9. Kids are not allowed. 10. For more than 1 tenant, there is an extra charge per additional person, equivalent to 50 Euros per month. Check-in/out: Check-in: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-in-late from 22:00 to 00:00 are 20 supplement and from 00:00 to 1:30 are 30 supplement. Check-out or Departure from the Studio at 11 A.M. at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE).
