Have a coffee in the country style kitchen or relax in the hammock on the balcony - my favourite spot! The balcony can also be used in winter, it has big foldable windows. The apartment is in general very warm in winter. The apartment is situated directly at the entrance of the subway U6, as well as a tramway, that takes you directly to the inner city in 20 minutes. A trainstation with a line to the airport is a 7 minutes by foot away. There's a supermarket and a drugstore 2 minutes away as well as a shopping mall with a foodcourt and cinema 8 minutes away. Enjoy the Donauinsel a huge green area behind the mall along the danube river for extensive walks and runs and swimming in summer. The main University, BOKU and WU are all about 20 minutes away by public transport. Can also be rented for a longer period.
