Ci incontriamo a Brescia e ci godiamo assieme il breve tragitto verso Toscolano Maderno sulla sponda occidentale del lago di Garda.
Il lago si sa che è il posto ideale in cui vivere tutto l'anno, un clima mite, un paesaggio dolce, una ricca vegetazione, un turismo equilibrato che non ha picchi invivibili e momenti di totale solitudine, un posto in cui si sta bene sempre!
Nel tragitto non ti voglio descrivere la proprietà perché credo che la cosa migliore sia sedersi a bordo piscina circondati dal prato e dagli ulivi ad osservare il placido Garda.
Ho fatto preparare per noi una grigliata di pesce in terrazza per apprezzare gli ambienti vivendoli alla luce rosata del tramonto.
Le note dell'Adagio in G minore di Albinoni eseguito da un violino accompagna la nostra passeggiata tra la lieve brezza tra gli spazi verdi.
Per il nostro pernottamento ho scelto, per me il mini appartamento a piano terra composto dalla matrimoniale con cucinetta, bagno con idromassaggio e caminetto. Per te l'appartamento tre camere al primo piano composto da cucina, soggiorno, bagno, due matrimoniali ed una singola.
Direi che ho svelato come puoi cambiare vita, acquistando questa meravigliosa proprietà immersa in 25.000 mq di terreno privato, scegliendo se limitarti ad affittare gli appartamenti autonomi o offrendo, grazie al bar e alle verande anche il servizio di prima colazione o approfittare della cucina attrezzata per attivare un servizio ristorante per i soli clienti o aperto agli esterni. Se invece vuoi sognare in grande puoi sempre costruire quasi 1.600 mq di albergo/residence o RTA.
La posizione e com'è strutturato ti permette di scegliere ciò che più ti va di fare anche trasformare il tutto in una grande villa con piscina in cui godere della vista del Lago e dell'ottimo cibo accompagnato da un buon vino.
Ora dobbiamo andare, forza, vieni , sali in auto...ho capito non te ne vuoi più andare, ma non sei il solo...anch'io resterei qui per sempre.
