Do not move furniture or Sonos sound system. Min $40/hr painting. If you do not checkout on time, you may be charged up to a full nights stay. The studio on the backyard may be rented if an additional 1-2 guests need a room otherwise it does get occasionally rented out. Please inquire. Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee.
