Alpine and cross-country skiing is on the door step. The other local resorts of Hirmentaz/Les Haberes and Le Massif des Brasses are 10mins drive. Larger ski areas such as Les Portes du Soleil and Le Grand Massif (Flaine) are around 55mins drive. Geneva airport is also about 55mins drive.

There are many walks and trails to explore from the doorstep and lac de Vallon is just 400m away with plenty of fabulous scenery and trout fishing.

Please note that building regulations require that any project would need to have a 'touristic' significance. For example a secondary residence that was occasionally rented out would be accepted.
