Furnished flat share ! All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lille puts together comfort and design. It consists of household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your luggage to feel cosy in your new place! The room has a door latch if you want to close it. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is located in the "République Beaux Arts" neighborhood, in the centre of Lille. Several public transports, shops, restaurants are located near at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, pans, kitchen ustensils... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: mop and bucket, broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, water, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Ideally situated at the heart of the city, between Rihour, Grand Place, the train stations and Wazemmes, is the République-Beaux Arts neighbourhood. The République public square is home to the imposing Fine Arts Museum and the impressive Préfecture both situated on opposing sides, contending for attention, while a lavish fountain acts as referee in the centre of the square. All year round, the square also hosts numerous concerts and sporting events. The Sébastopol theatre is just a stone's throw away on a public square of the same name, and many much-loved café-theatres can be found nearby.
