Furnished flat share ! All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This marvelous bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon perfectly combines comfort and design. It consists of household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your luggage to feel cosy in your new place! The room can be locked if you need extra privacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is located in the "Part Dieu" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely equipped and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils, pans, microwave... The accommodation also contains a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, housing insurance, water, household waste tax, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Part-Dieu, in the 3rd arrondissement, is both Lyon's commercial district and the main shopping temple of the city. This modern neighbourhood constitute's Lyon's main transport hub with trains, buses, trams, coaches, the subway, and the airport shuttle all connecting here. During the lunch-time service, restaurants are buzzing as waiting staff rapidly serve professionals eating there.
