Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 9th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 88m2 duplex apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), the second a double bed (140x200) and the the third has a double sofa bed (160x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, complimentary toiletries, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer. There are two separate WCs on the two floors. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. Two smoke detectors are installed for your safety. There is also a parking spot at your disposal! The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300 smoking fee, at minimum.
