A labyrinth with some fabulous outside space - Townhouse - Oliva - OCTH250900 Well located low down in the old town with plenty of parking nearby, we offer this townhouse for sale - it is quite unique and a bit of a labyrinth, so bear with us as we try to describe it!   Hopefully the video below will help, but please excuse the grotty weather, it will look amazing in the sunshine! The front door opens to a wide entrance hall with a single bedroom / office to the left.   This in turn opens to a large lounge space with a fireplace and a choice of three routes.  Route 1 opens to a small terrace with access to the dining room below with a separate wc.  Route 2 takes us upstairs and route three down the stairs to the long, wide galley kitchen.  This opens out to a large dining room and doors to a really good size patio / terrace overlooking the orange groves.   The dining room also has stairs to the first floor. Following route 2, we come to a mid level, large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and double doors to a cosy, light lounge space with a fireplace (and the stairs down to the dining room / kitchen) - are you still with me? The next stairs lead to two double bedrooms, one with two sets of fitted wardrobes / dressing room and one to the front.  There is a shower room on this floor.   From here we access another terrace with views over the orange groves and a spiral staircase takes us to the roof terrace.  This has great views over town, the winter sunshine and views to the mountains. This property is full of character, beams, pitched ceilings and lots of different living spaces both inside & out!  It needs some TLC and a bit of modernising but has great bones! Viewing recommended!
