It is perfectly located 5 mins walk to Maryland St. (Elizabeth Line), and 15 mins Stratford St.(Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR). St. Pancras 25 min, Heathrow 50 min, Oxford Street 35 min Partying is STRICTLY forbidden. Lovely, newly renovated 120 sq m Victorian house with classic style furniture and many modern details. Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. BEDROOMS: The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable superking-size beds or 2 singles if needed. We've got this cool zip & link bed setup, so you can choose between a massive super king bed or two singles. Two of the bedrooms and living room have a sunrise light, and another bedroom and kitchen have beautiful afternoon sun. All bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA: In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 55’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (also possible to be used as the 4th bed) and a designer wood table (seating 8 people). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The living room offers books and table games for your free time. KITCHEN: The kitchen is on your left when you enter with an extra table & 2 chairs (if you’d like to have an early coffee and not wake up anyone ;)). The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with spaces, oil, a toaster, a kettle, a French press, and a Nespresso coffee machine. BATHROOMS: The house has a bathroom on each floor. The middle floor has a walk-in spacious shower. The top floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms benefit from a big shower head. The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet and a small sink. GARDEN: Lastly, let us not forget to mention our spacious sun-soaked garden. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air & the smell of lavenders. COT: We have a foldable cot with a thin mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. No bedding is provided. PARKING: Free parking on the weekends and between 8:30 pm and 8 am. Great location close to the city center and airports. Cannot wait to host you! :)
