Embracing the entire Gulf of Mondello with your eyes as the sun dips below the horizon, immersed in the tranquil setting of Addaura: this is the everyday experience at Mondello in Terrazza. Spanning 135 sqm across two bright, recently and beautifully renovated levels, this refined retreat seamlessly pairs coastal proximity with effortless convenience, keeping local cafes and supermarkets just steps away from your front door. The true crown jewel of the property is the spectacular panoramic terrace, opening directly from the main living room. This exclusive outdoor sanctuary functions as a natural extension of the indoor living space, offering commanding, uninterrupted views over the water. Inside, the thoughtful layout provides three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring optimal privacy and flow. Tailored to deliver a premium, stress-free Sicilian getaway, the residence comes fully equipped with comprehensive amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and complimentary on-site parking. Perfect for travellers who crave the open sea over the hustle of the city centre. The tranquil Addaura neighbourhood offers a genuine escape from Palermo’s urban noise — a slower pace where the sea, rather than the street, sets the rhythm of your day. We recommend arriving with your own car or renting one locally: it opens up the entire northern coastline and makes day trips to Palermo’s old town or beyond completely effortless.
