The apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows in all rooms, air conditioning in the living area, and wooden floors in the bedroom, while the bathroom and living area feature tiled flooring. For pricing information, the apartment offers flexibility in rental duration, with a choice of contract duration and 21 days' notice to terminate the tenancy. The pricing is all-inclusive, featuring monthly payments and special rates for companies. For weekly rentals, advanced booking and all-inclusive billing are provided.
