Il compendio si sviluppa con una parte turistico-ricettivo-gastronomico-zootecnico con 18, 0 ha di terreno dove si trovano una parte a seminativo, una ad oliveto e una boschiva; la parte ricettiva è composta da 3 appartamenti indipendenti all'interno dei quali troviamo 3 camere e una suite in villa. A completare la proprietà una bellissima piscina e degli spazi verdi dove sarà possibile rilassarsi con un panorama fantastico nello sfondo. La parte gastronomica si compone da una braceria e da un ristorante con una maestosa terrazza che si affaccia sulla città. La villa di circa 1500 mq è circondata da un parco ed un giardino.
