The property is available with either a living room with kitchenette, or with a separate kitchen, bioclimatic greenhouse, double bedroom, bathroom, large equipped livable balcony, complete with laundry area; on the upper floor, with the possibility of independent access, we find a second room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two terraces with panoramic views. Our formulas include an "All Inclusive" rental, both with reference to newly made, never used furnishings and equipment, flat internet and Smart-TV, assistance and maintenance service with 24-hour call. Possibility of a three-room attic apartment! Please note that you'll be requested to sign a rent contract including the services as per local regulations. The payment of the security deposit must be done in advance, at least 2 weeks before the arrival. IMPORTANT! In order to confirm the booking it is necessary to have a tax code (Codice Fiscale), necessary for the rental contract which must be signed before handing over the keys as per the national law on rentals lasting more than 30 days.
