Relax and recharge in this oasis of calm and elegance. Design apartment in the center of Milan's Navigli! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. (two in the bedroom and two on the double sofa bed). There is a bedroom with a double bed + a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea machine. The bathroom has a shower and in the apartment there is a small balcony. All rooms are with windows. Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Sheets and towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. Check-in is available at all hours, but a supplement may be required based on the time of arrival. A supplement will be required depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 on working days - 35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays - 35 from 7pm to 11pm on working days - 50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - 75 from 01:00 to 7:00 each day of the week SHORT STAYS (less than 30 days): - IMPORTANT: Please note that the payment of the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Milan will be required (children under 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day for a maximum of 14 days which must be paid in cash upon check-in. LONG STAYS (rentals longer than 30 days - temporary rentals): - upon check-in you will have to pay the contract registration fee (1% of the contract value) + 100 one-off for the contract registration costs - the house is meant WITHOUT bed linen. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is 7 a month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is 10 per month. Payment upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity is 0.65 /kWh, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month. - Gas costs are not covered by the rental price. To calculate your consumption, we will take the gas meter reading together at check-in and check-out. The total cost per cubic meter of gas is 1.1/mc, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month.
