Il nostro appartamento si trova all' Excelsior, luogo storico ed iconico da oltre 80 anni grazie all'internazionale Mostra del Cinema, Il Palazzo Bucintoro è una costruzione si pensa ispirata al famoso Collamarini: alta, slanciata, di dimensioni straordinariamente moderne, è in purissimo stile liberty, nella versione ispirata al moresco, caratteristica preponderante dellarchitettura veneziana di fine secolo. Ex dependance dellHotel Excelsior Palace che ha creato la fama del Lido di Venezia e la sua zona residenziale urbana più elegante ed ambita, sorge su una delle più belle spiagge del mondo, un arenile naturale cosparso di pittoresche capannine e servizi di ogni comfort. ,Il progetto di completa ristrutturazione lo ha arricchito di tutti i più moderni servizi e della spiaggia a cui si accede direttamente.Completano la proprietà il magazzino per le bici e l'uscita diretta sulla spiaggia, la più lussuosa del Lido. Entriamo nel nostro magnifico appartamento, la prima cosa che notiamo all'ingresso è la vista dell'Adriatico che si fonde in un tutt'uno con l'orizzonte, originariamente la nostra unità era suddivisa in due appartamenti successivamente uniti. Questo ci fa capire come l'ampiezza degli spazi sia una prerogativa del nostro immobile.
L'appartamento si compone così seguente: al piano terra troviamo la cucina, una camera ampia con due letti singoli, un ingresso da poter usare per le cianfrusaglie, una cabina armadio pass throught ed un bagno dotato di tutto il necessario, sempre al piano terra abbiamo la zona living molto ampia con tutta la facciata composta da porte finestre che ci permettono di usufruire della grande terrazza da cui poter sorseggiare un drink o leggere un libro mentre ci lasciamo cullare e trasportare dal rumore delle onde del mare che ci appaiono ad uno schiocco di dita. Prendiamo la scala che ci porta al piano superiore dove la privacy la fa da padrone con una graziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno privato anch'esso dotato di tutti i comfort. In conclusione questa è la soluzione perfetta per famiglie o per chi desidera vivere in una location rinomata con una vista mozzafiato ed il sapore dell'esclusività.

Il Lido di Venezia rappresenta la località balneare privilegiata sia dai veneziani che dai turisti provenienti dallItalia e da tutto il mondo, apprezzata per le sue acque cristalline e le bellissime spiagge. Lo stile liberty caratterizza ancora lintera isola, accompagnato dallatmosfera belle epoque che raggiunge il suo apice a fine estate grazie alla famosa Mostra del Cinema. Il Lido è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti con varie linee del trasporto pubblico acqueo e lintera isola è percorribile con lautomobile, che possono essere trasportate grazie al servizio di ferry-boat pubblico collegato con la terraferma.
Limmobile si trova in posizione centrale, vicinissima a negozi e servizi (fermata autobus, vaporetti e ferry boat, supermercati, ristoranti) ma tranquilla e comoda alle spiagge, sia quelle attrezzate con le caratteristiche capanne che quelle libere. Our flat is located at the Excelsior, an historical and iconic place for more than 80 years thanks to the international Film Festival, The Bucintoro Palace is a building thought to be inspired by the famous Collamarini: tall, slender, extraordinarily modern in size, it is in the purest Art Nouveau style, in the Moorish-inspired version, a predominant feature of Venetian architecture at the end of the century. A former annexe of the Hotel Excelsior Palace, which created the fame of the Venice Lido and its most elegant and coveted urban residential area, it stands on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, a natural sandy shore sprinkled with picturesque little huts and facilities of every comfort. A complete renovation project has enriched it with all the most modern services and the beach to which it has direct access. The property is completed by a storage room for bicycles and a direct exit to the beach, the most luxurious on the Lido. The common parts, of a high standard, include showers (useful for returning from the beach), laundry and two very large rooms with sea view, which can be used for studying or working. The flat is made up as follows: on the ground floor we find the kitchen, a large bedroom with two single beds, an entrance hall which can be used for storage, a walk-in wardrobe pass throught and a bathroom equipped with everything we need. Also on the ground floor we have the very large living area with the entire façade made up of French windows which allow us to take advantage of the large terrace from which we can sip a drink or read a book while we let ourselves be lulled and transported by the sound of the waves of the sea which appear at the snap of our fingers. We take the stairs to the upper floor where privacy reigns supreme with a lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom also equipped with every comfort. In conclusion, this is the perfect solution for families or for those who wish to live in a renowned location with a breathtaking view and the taste of exclusivity.

The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is centrally located, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones.
