This lovely apartment, whose entrance is located in Piazza del Duomo, therefore inserted in the deepest historical context of Florence, consists of a room with double bed and separate kitchenette with microwave oven, bathroom with tub and ceiling with exposed beams; all around there are numerous restaurants, clubs and typical shops, as well as the most important monuments of the city, all reachable on foot. Rental Condition BILLS ARE EXCLUDED (AROUND 350-400 PER MONTH, DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION) Please, note that monthly rates adjust accordingly to seasonal variations. Therefore, each month has a different monthly rate. In order for you to have a complete price overview, please refer to all the payments planned for your stay.
