Beautiful and modern apartment, recently completely renovated, spacious, bright, and quiet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and balcony. The furnishings are custom-made and of high quality, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The apartment is located in a typical old Milanese building with balconies. Upon entering the entrance, there is a very convenient terrace where will be placed tables and chairs. Entering the apartment, you find a huge living room with a peninsula sofa, a beautiful large wooden dining table for 10 people, and stunning laminate flooring. The television is on the right side. On the left, there is the super modern kitchen, fully equipped and separated by modern sliding glass doors, which are beautiful and convenient for separating the environment and not letting kitchen odors pass through. The kitchen has an induction hob, two electric ovens so you can cook at two different temperatures, a wine cellar, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. From the living room, on the right, you can enter a first room equipped with a single bed, a desk, and a very spacious wardrobe. The window faces the apartment's terrace. From the living room, through the corridor, you can reach the other two bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms. First, you encounter the first bathroom, which has a large shower, bidet, and a custom-made wardrobe containing a washing machine and dryer. Continuing down the corridor, the second door is the second bathroom, also with a large shower, bidet, and sink. The front door of the corridor leads to the second bedroom, which currently has a bunk bed, but will be replaced with a single bed. Here, too, there will be a desk and the large wardrobe seen in the photos. The third bedroom at the end of the corridor, on the right, is the master bedroom, with a double bed (the children's bed will be removed), a chest of drawers, and a very spacious and well-organized walk-in closet with drawers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, and it's a smart home, meaning there is Alexa, and thus, you can control lights, heating, and air conditioning via voice commands. There is high-speed internet and all comforts. In the apartment, currently lives a family with two children, so it is equipped accordingly with cribs, high chairs, and children's toys. However, starting next month, the family will move abroad, and therefore, the bunk bed will be replaced with a single bed, and there will no longer be high chairs or toys.

Appartamento a Milano. Bellissimo e moderno appartamento, recentemente completamente ristrutturato, spazioso, luminoso e silenzioso con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno, cucina, terrazzo e balcone. Gli arredi sono su misura e di alta qualità, con ambienti spaziosi e confortevoli. L'appartamento si trova in un tipico palazzo vecchia Milano con balconi. Entrando nell'ingresso, si trova un comodissimo terrazzino dove verranno posizionati tavoli e sedie. Entrando nell'appartamento si trova un ampio soggiorno con divano a penisola, un bellissimo grande tavolo da pranzo in legno per 10 persone e uno splendido pavimento in laminato. La televisione è sul lato destro. Sulla sinistra si trova la cucina super moderna, completamente attrezzata e separata da moderne porte scorrevoli in vetro, belle e comode per separare l'ambiente e non lasciare passare gli odori della cucina. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, due forni elettrici per poter cucinare a due diverse temperature, cantina vini, microonde, frigorifero, congelatore e lavastoviglie. Dal soggiorno, sulla destra, si accede ad una prima stanza dotata di un letto singolo, una scrivania e un armadio molto spazioso. La finestra si affaccia sulla terrazza dell'appartamento. Dal soggiorno, attraverso il corridoio, si raggiungono gli altri due bagni e le altre 2 camere da letto. Si incontra innanzitutto il primo bagno, dotato di ampia doccia, bidet e armadio su misura contenente lavatrice e asciugatrice. Proseguendo nel corridoio, la seconda porta è il secondo bagno, anch'esso con ampia doccia, bidet e lavabo. Dalla porta d'ingresso del corridoio si accede alla seconda camera da letto, che attualmente ha un letto a castello, ma sarà sostituita con un letto singolo. Anche qui ci sarà una scrivania e l'ampio armadio visto nelle foto. La terza camera in fondo al corridoio, sulla destra, è la camera padronale, con un letto matrimoniale (verrà tolto il lettino dei bambini), una cassettiera, ed una cabina armadio molto spaziosa e ben organizzata con cassetti. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, ed è una casa intelligente, cioè c'è Alexa, e quindi puoi controllare luci, riscaldamento e aria condizionata tramite comandi vocali. C'è internet ad alta velocità e tutti i comfort. Nell'appartamento attualmente vive una famiglia con due bambini, quindi è attrezzato di conseguenza con culle, seggioloni e giochi per bambini. Dal prossimo mese, però, la famiglia si trasferirà all'estero, e quindi il letto a castello sarà sostituito con un letto singolo, e non ci saranno più seggioloni o giocattoli.
