The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, on the first floor, in the central area, near the Porta Nuova station and the Politecnico. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with up to 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk. Fast Internet connection. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. During the winter season the heating costs must be added (about 250 euros per month from November to April). The location of the apartment is very popular, because despite being in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, it is very quiet as it is inside the courtyard.
