To the right of the foyer is a generously sized living room adorned with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, and a dining table accommodating up to six people. At the end of the foyer lies the tranquil bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and offering views of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, is conveniently located on the left. The apartment boasts parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom, while ceramic flooring adorns the foyer, bathroom, and kitchen. Included in the rental price are amenities such as bed linen and towels, final cleaning, average gas, water, heating, and electricity consumption, along with internet access, a welcome service, emergency maintenance, and administrative charges (excluding tourist tax, if applicable).
