The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach Roma Tre University and Academy of Fine Arts of Rome (NABA). Being in the immediate vicinity of MARCONI and BASILICA SAN PAOLO underground stops (along the BLU line), one can reach Rome city centre in less than 15 minutes by metro, EUR district in 5 minutes and the seaside in 40 minutes. The room is located on a 7th floor apartment (lift available) with a panoramic view and a panoramic terrace overlooking St. Paul Basilica, the Gazometer (nicknamed the 'Industrial Colosseum') and Eur district skyline. The whole apartment, including the room, has just been refurbished, it is bright and cozy. There is also an cute dog in the apartment . The neighbourhood has nearby parks (Schuster, Fao, Marconi and smaller ones) as well as all services at hand (SUPERMARKETS, RESTAURANTS, COFFEE SHOPS, BARS, PASTRY SHOPS, PHARMACIES, CINEMA, TOBACCO SHOPS, etc.). It is an exceptionally convenient spot if one wants to reach different parts of the city using public transport (aside from the above mentioned underground which by the way is only 4 stops away from the Colosseum and 6 to Termini Station), the train to Airport can be taken from Piramide station (just 2 metro stops), Bus #23 just accross the street takes in 30 minutes to Trastevere district and no need to take any means of transportation to the Pediatric Hospital Bambino Gesù as it is only 500 meters on foot. Discover on foot: on any day one can take lovely walks around the neighbourhood and visit Garbatella and Piramide districts and also walk/cycle along the banks of the Tiber River (the river pedestrian and cycling lane are nearby).
