Tenants share a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a large garden, and a functional laundry room. Additionally, there is a terrace on the top of the building where tenants can hang their laundry. The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a double bed, a desk, a television, and a closet. All expenses are included in the monthly rent, except for the gas bill, which is 30 euros per month per person. The rent also covers a fast WiFi connection and a cleaning service, including the changing of towels, every ten days. Please note that only your personal bathroom and bedroom will be cleaned every two weeks. Maintenance of shared areas like the kitchen and dining room will be the tenants' responsibility. To use the washing machines, tenants need to pay 2 euros for a 60-minute wash cycle. The residence is located in Monte Sacro, a historical neighborhood in the northern part of Rome.
