The Villa was built in the early '50s in the Rationalist style; it was the architectural style of the late '30s and '40s, based on the square shape. The Villa is the oldest building of the area, but just completely renewed six years ago. Safe car parking into the premises. The Domus is located on the mezzanine, just a few steps from the garden. The owners live just upstairs. The lower floors are divided into 3 separate apartments. The garden surrounding the house is a magic place: it was drawn by a famous Italian landscape architect, Giordano Marracini, who realised the outdoor scenes for the Oscar winning movie "La Grande Bellezza". It consists of four different areas: the safe parking, the common space with a nice table for your lunches, the Japanese corner with beautiful big Koi carps swimming and a bamboo scenery flat, the lawn where you can relax on beach chairs, cradled by the breeze. A location on the Appian Way is considered among the coolest in Rome, nowadays. It has been renewed and furnished by MLM, an interior designer who has chosen a cool style based on modern furniture, with old details and Roman bronzes. It has been the set for photo shootings. Domus Priscilla has four bedroom: the Master king-size bedroom with a private bathroom, two large bedroom, the " Michelangelo" having a double queen-size bed, plus a single bed, the " Geisha" with twin beds, one bathroom with double sinks for those bedrooms, plus the nanny's bedroom with its own bathroom. A comfortable sofa-bed in the living room may be a good solution for temporary hosts; a very large kitchen fully provided completes the apartment. Individual heating system and Daikin A/C will ensure a perfect stay to the hosts.
