The apartment, located in the old center of Florence, is on the second floor (no elevator) of an historical building 7 minutes walking from the Duomo. All the attractions of greatest interest are between 10 and 20 minutes by foot. The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a small living area, a large double bedroom with walk-in closet, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double if needed, a small bathroom with shower complete with all accessories and a closet with washing machine, iron and cleaning products. The kitchen and the twin bedroom overlook an internal courtyard so it is very quiet and you will have direct sunlight during the afternoon while the double bedroom overlooks a beautiful street from which you can see the Duomo, this bedroom is provided with a soundproof window and has direct sunlight in the morning. Air conditioning is present in every room and it can be adjusted to both hot and cold according to the season. You can easily reach the apartment with a 15 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, by bus or by taxi - if you are coming by car please be aware that the center of Florence is a traffic limited area (ZTL) that can only be accessed by residents and does not have free parkings. *Starting from Sep/Oct 2024 until spring 2024 there will be, in the street below the house and in the area surrounding the city center the works for the construction of the new tramway line. The street will remain accesible and the works will be carried out during working hours Mon-Fri.
