The two-room apartment consists of an entrance hall, a full kitchen with dining table, a large double bedroom with TV, wardrobe and balcony, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The nearest metro stop is Brenta (M3 - yellow line) which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Linate Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 12 minutes by metro M3 (6 stops). Bocconi University can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Monthly rates: 1.250,00 for monthly rent; 150,00 for building fees; 150,00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 1.550,00. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: 1.250: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); 200,00 (VAT included) for the final cleaning; 170,00 (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. *Linen is not included.* IMPORTANT!!!
