The area where the apartment is located is one of the best, if not the best in centre, 10 min walk to the main Cathedral but out of the crowd, the street is very silent day and night time. Surrounded by reinessance, culture, hystory, fine food, wine and art. Don't go around too much, you may fall in love! Nightlife is exactly here! Most bars and authentic restaurants are in this area, just few steps from the house, yet in a very quite street, silent both in the night as well as during the day. New windows make it even more silent and comfortable. Few steps from the house there are supermarkets, post office, banks and the best market for fruits, vegetables, fresh food in general (mercato di Sant'Ambrogio), besides the best cafe in town (won world championship of espresso coffee) and the best famous street food places, all of them are located around this location. Each room has insuite private bathroom, with private water heater, entrance with digital pin code, smoke alarm, monoxid alarm, ceiling fan, air condition, wardrobe. Shared coworking & relax area where you will enjoy working and studying building connections with other fellow tenants. Snack area and fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, boiler, dish washer, washing machine, hanger out of the window for drying clothes and iron.
