A comfortable and large sofa that transforms into a real double bed 160x200cm with an orthopedic mattress and wooden slats will welcome you for evening relaxation and a chat with your friends, or to watch TV. In the bedroom, you can sleep comfortably and store all your luggage in the wardrobe at your disposal and in the chest of drawers. The bathroom has all the comforts: sink, a large shelf to place your personal items, toilet, bidet, and shower. It is located in Via Vinegia, behind Palazzo Vecchio, in a strategic position for visiting the city, in a quiet street, adjacent to the more famous Via de' Neri, where some of the most typical and tasty restaurants in the Centro di (hidden). The neighborhood is very alive and vibrant! The area is highly commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, international restaurants, and much more down every block! On foot, you can easily reach the bus stop and a handful of stores and nice places to visit! + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
