The One-bedroom Apartment: Each apartment comes with a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen or kitchenette and dining area. Some of the apartments have a balcony. There is a private bathroom with a shower in each unit. Towels are featured. Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles can be reached within 30 minutes by public transport. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in this quiet neighborhood and a food delivery service is available. Place du Trocadéro is 25 minutes away by walk or public transport from (hidden) Eiffel Village Serviced Apartments Paris. Laundry facilities are available in the building. Our terms and conditions are: The minimum length of stay is 1 month. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 15 nights prior to arrival. Cancelation requests can be processed with 1 month notice. Cancelations can only be done month by month, with 1 month notice. Tourist tax is not included in the rate for Amsterdam (7% per night and 3 EUR per person per night, for the first 21 nights of your stay). The city tax is not payable when enrolled in the municipality of Amsterdam. If enrolment with the municipality is not processed then City taxes are chargeable to the guest. Tourist tax is included in the rate for Paris (2,82 EUR per person per night for the entire stay). If enrolment with the municipality is not processed then City taxes are chargeable to the guest. Monthly prepayments are required, to be done either at the concierge desk or through a payment link. First month payment to be done within 1 week after booking, or if the arrival date is within 1 week, the first payment should be completed at the time of booking. Monthly prepayments are required no less than 7 days before beginning of the forthcoming month. Payment in cash is not accepted. A deposit of 1 month rent is required via Bank Transfer before check-in. The deposit will be used for any damage to the apartment. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after check-out if no rules are violated. Pets allowed only on request; requests may be accepted depending on location (Pet fee is chargeable) If pets cause nuisance during the stay, we reserve the right to terminate the booking at any point. It is not allowed to stay within the apartment/studio with more persons than allowed to sleep in any apartment. Visitors to the guest are allowed, but strictly must register at the Concierge desk upon arrival and departure. It is allowed to have extra guests sleep in the apartment, at an additional tourism tax cost, up to the maximum number of guests an apartment can sleep. Extra guests should be registered at the concierge desk. Smoking and/or drugs are not allowed. We require a valid ID upon check-in. Commercial activities; The use of the apartment for commercial activities is prohibited unless written permission is given in advance by (hidden) B.V. In any other case, (hidden) reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and report any illegal activities to the police.
