The apartment is located in the Historical City Center of Florence, within walking distance from the most ineresting monuments of the city. External Description: Located on Via delle Terme, nearby the famous Palazzo Davanzati, a historical florentine building and interesting museum. On the second floor, without elevator (35 steps). The central location makes it perfect for visiting Florence on foot. Internal Description: Apartment (409,03 ft) with two rooms recently renovated with 1 bedroom and one en suite bathroom that can sleep up to 2 people. The bright tones and modern furniture are combined with the ancient remnants still present on the walls, where you can admire frescoes and stones that come out of the modern stucco. In the living room, with air conditioning, you have a comfortable sofa in red and a dining table. On the ceiling you can admire a portion of a beautiful fresco from the end of 1800s. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The master bedroom, separated from the living room by a door in frosted glass, has shades of blue as does the full bathroom with shower. Independent heating. Air conditioning: one split in the bedroom. Our Opinion: Maddalena is a two room apartment perfect for a couple looking for a cozy apartment full of atmosphere while staying in the center of the city. Moreover, its location is close to all services and points of interest in Florence.
