Internal Description: Lovely 100 m2 / 1076 sq ft apartment, on one level, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Finely furnished in period style with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors. Upon entering there is a living area, divided into three areas: a dining area with seating for 6, a sitting area with sofa and a full equipped modern kitchen (with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer). To the right of the entry door there is the first double bedroom, with an exposed brick wall. Along the corridor there are the other 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom is equipped with television. Air conditioning: in the bedrooms and dining area. No smoking or pets allowed. Our Opinion: Ideal apartment for a family of max 6 guests or a group of friends who want to spend a pleasant holiday in Florence, in the Oltrarno historic district, with its shops, restaurants and all the services that a city like Florence has to offer. Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.
