It is perfect for enjoying your vacation and is only a few minutes drive from Lisbon, as you can also reach other major attractions within 15 minutes drive, such as Guincho Beach, Estoril Casino and the beautiful village of Sintra. Building The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with elevator. It is absolutely perfect for couples looking for good days out in Cascais, with all the main attractions of the town just minutes away. Bedroom/Living Area The bedroom has a double bed, sofa, flat screen TV, desk and balcony with table for 2 people with an incredible ocean view. Bathroom The apartment has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
