Quite bright during the day, this apartment invites you to enjoy the wonderful Lisbon Center! Building The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with elevator. Despite being located in one of the most important and bustling areas of Lisbon, the apartment is in a very quiet street. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a nice few days in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within walking distance. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One is en suite with a queen-size bed and the other has one single bed (convertible to 2 single beds). Both with air-conditioning. Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower only. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Construction works are taking place in the building and are expected to be concluded by the end of July.
