Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Portuguese building without elevator but with a beautiful solid wood staircase. During the day, the apartment is very bright and by its balcony that has a lovely center view. Surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants and cafes in the city. Ideal for families or group of friends looking to sleep in the most privileged area of the city! Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom: The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living room The living room has a TV, a sofa bed prepared for 2 more guests and a dining table for 4. It is bathed in sunlight from the balcony during the day and offers stunning views over the streets of central Lisbon and Praça Luís de Camões. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
