Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza Cataluña in few minutes. The area is super trendy, full of tapa bars, bars, supermarkets. The apartment has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90 every month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
