Early Termination policy: * Once the rental period has begun and 48 hours have passed, it is possible to withdraw from the rental always with at least 30 days notice without incurring penalties, otherwise the entire security deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation of the reservation before the natural expiry as per the original reservation, even with regular notice, the customer is required to compensate the property, where present, the commissions relating to the booking paid to the website on the entire rent, the property will have the right to withhold the aforementioned amount from the security deposit if necessary. The security deposit can in no way be considered or used for payments relating to the monthly rent. Upon check-out, if no damage is found to the apartment and all charges have been paid, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.
