Room shared with the Landlord and another tenant, a 33 years old guy. Quiet room with balcony and lit by a French window. The room is comfortable, designed to accommodate one person. Free WIFI connection in the room 24 hours a day. There is a double bed, a wardrobe with drawers, two bookcases, a table with a chair. It includes bed linen, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, and blankets for the winter. Sheets, towels and tea towels are changed every week. The room and bathroom are cleaned and sanitized every day according to anti-trust regulations. There are pots, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery for shared use in the kitchen. There is an iron/ironing board, washing machine (which can be used one a week). Sotto casa è presente la fermata dell'autobus 31 che raggiunge San Pietro.
