1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

It's a modern penthouse apartment on the highest floor of a new building (2020) in Munich. I, Nik, currently live here with my partner. We welcome guests from all around the world incl. visiting language students and business professionals. You will have your own room that has been designed by an Interior Designer from London. The room has all features you need during a short stay in Munich. You just need to bring your luggage with your clothes and enjoy your stay with us. We share a big living room and modern kitchen with all facilities you can imagine incl. perks like a Nintendo Switch, OLED TV, and a huge winter balcony. I am a business professional myself and own a consulting company. In my free time, I enjoy the gym and the company of my partner and friends.
