Feel the charm and glamour of staying in a room with a typical Lisbon city atmosphere. The private room, very cozy, with two single beds of 90x200, shared bathroom and equipped kitchen, inserted in a charming 5 bedroom apartment in one of the most typical and old neighborhoods of Lisbon, the Star, calm, but a 20-minute walk from the center of everything! This house over a century and a half has been recently restored and adapted to modern needs and technologies without losing the old moth that characterizes it. Don't expect a hotel, but the high doors and windows, running board floors and furniture to match create the typical Portuguese hosting experience. In all rooms you will find flat-screen TV, table and work chair, electric heating, bedding, towels, lock and wifi 5G (domestic). This room is private with two single beds 90x200 and open wardrobe with hangers and bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and shared shower gel with two other bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and marquee as well as access corridors are accessible to all guests of the accommodation (Up to 5 bedrooms / 9 guests). However, its use requires respect for the other guests, and also for us, leaving everything clean and tidy after each use, the placement of the items in the designated places for each room and respect for the quiet time, when it is not possible to cook (10: 8 pm). This room shares a full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, and shower gel with two more bedrooms (up to 5 people in total). It is important to keep it clean and tidy after using and leaving the belongings in the spaces indicated for each room. Common areas are cleaned and maintained daily (11am-14) and accommodations every check-out or every 7 nights (11-14h). During your stay - We provide a stay experience "STAY AS A LOCAL" stay in we hope you challenge yourself to be self-contained and independent, but also responsible, during your season with us. - The Accommodation Information Manual will help a more comfortable and safe stay. You will also give all the indications on how to best enjoy the neighborhood; - We will also be available for any questions and questions within normal working hours (10am-8pm) and for stays above 8 nights we will do an intermediate cleaning and maintenance checks. We like our guests to consider this a shared space where global diversity abounds that everyone's respect and tolerance, as well as strict compliance with the rules we choose to balance the environment we want to provide. Consider that we are only one place to stay. As a courtesy, we provide secretaries, work chairs, and 5G wifi, but we are not an office. We also provide information about transportation, restaurants, and landmarks, but we are not a travel agency. We are also available to help with anything that is needed but preferably within working hours (10am-8pm) but we do not have concierge service. This accommodation is not adapted for children or minors or people with chronic or induced (alcohol, narcotic or medication) limitations without the accompaniment of a responsible adult. With the exception of the flat riverside promenade, all other streets of the cities are sloping sidewalks, sometimes steep. Come prepared! The Estrela neighborhood is one of the typical historical sites of Lisbon. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, not in the city center, but about a 20-minute walk away. Within a 1,5 km radius (15-20 minutes walking) you will find monuments such as the Basilica of the Star or the Fountain of Hope, the Jardim da Estrela and the Tapada das Necessidades, the National Museum of Ancient Art and the Marioneta Museum. The fun is also at the door, Porto de Lisboa (750m - 10 'walk), Doca de Santo Amaro or Largo de Santos (1.2km - 15' walk), Bairro Alto (2.5 km - 30 'walking), Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Belém or Castelo de São Jorge (between (hidden) walking) can be reached by bus (bus stop 714 (direction Praça da Figueira) 2 minutes' walk away) or the typical Tram 28 (15-minute walk). Along the way there are links to Sintra (Estação do Rossio), Cascais (Cais do Sodre station) and the fantastic beaches of Caparica (Cais do Sodre-Cacilhas boat). Parking is not an easy option! At the door of the building is paid during the day and exclusively for residents at night. There is only the Infante Santo Parking Park, about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. When descending the accommodation street (5 minutes walk), on Rua Presidente Arriaga, the 714 bus to the right side goes to Belém and to the left side to the downtown (Santos, Cais do Sodré, Praça do Comercio and Rossio). There is no metro nearby. Weekly cleaning/maintenance is included and mandatory. You need to pay additional expenses for DAMAGE, BREACH OF RULES, and EXTRA GUESTS (above 2 up to 4 - 150/month/person) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
