Based in Porta Romana, you are in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Milan, about 400 meters from Porta Romana subway stop (M3 line) and close to Viale Monte Nero shops and restaurants. Close to the apartment, there is a park with a children's playground (Viale Lazio). This partially independent flat is located on the upper floor, with a nice terrace next to the elevator, reserved to the guests, and offering ample views of the Milan roof. Within very easy walking distance from the apartment is the yellow subway line, which connects to the main sights of the city, such as the Duomo, La Scala theatre, Sforzesco Castle, and the Golden Quarter (Quadrilatero Della Moda). Benefitting from a very efficient connection to the main public transports, the area is served by tramline 9 taking to the Navigli, Porta Genova, and Centrale railway station. There is a Carrefour supermarket at about 100 meters (in Via Pier Lombardo 6) and a pharmacy at 200 meters (Via Pier Lombardo 19). Living room and kitchen Upon entering you find the recently renovated living room, featuring modern, comfortable furniture, and a cozy relaxation area with a full-size sofa bed, a TV set, and a design armchair. The kitchen has all the most useful appliances, such as microwave, a small dishwasher, blender, toaster, and oven. Bedroom and bathroom The night area is composed of a bedroom and a full bathroom: the bedroom comes equipped with a double bed (it can't be divided into 2 single beds), a study area with a writing desk and adjustable lamp, ideal to work and use your computer, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom, recently renovated as the whole apartment, is fitted with a shower and chest of drawers; it also comprises a small laundry with washing machine and a clothes basket made of wicker. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (there is one a/c in the bedroom and one in the living room), to guarantee full comfort all year round. Dal soggiorno e dal piccolo terrazzo privato e possibile scrutare la città. Ci troviamo in zona Porta Romana, a soli 400 metri dalla metro M3 Porta Romana, con cui si raggiunge il Duomo e il centro storico in pochi minuti. Non distante dall'appartamento sono presenti diversi ristoranti e negozi, vi consigliamo inoltre concedervi una passeggiata lungo Viale Monte Nero. Il quartiere è ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico: oltre alla metropolitana, si raggiungono i Navigli, Porta Genova e la Stazione Centrale con il tram numero 9. Nelle vicinanze è presente un supermercato, in via Pier Lombardo 6 e una farmacia, al numero 19. Soggiorno e cucina L'appartamento si apre sul soggiorno, un ambiente accogliente, rivestito da parquet e completamente nuovo negli arredi. La cucina è accessoriata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un lungo o breve soggiorno in città. Il divano letto, la poltrona di design e il televisore diventano una perfetta zona relax o una seconda zona notte. Camera da letto e bagno La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale (non divisibile) e una piccola zona studio con scrivania. Il bagno, di nuova costruzione, ha un box doccia, una cassettiera, un angolo lavanderia con lavatrice e una cesta per i vostri indumenti.
