The screen shown on the pictures is a monitor which you can use connected with your smartphone. If you need a TV I can arrange it, but ir depends on the lenght of your stay. Short period rent is also possible, at different rates. Please ask There is a laundry around the corner and you have E 30 voucher INCLUDED each month in your rent. Electricity fee requested (75 x month) will need to be paid at the check in and at the beginning of each rental month. Same the other cost (60) which means the building cost. The electricity cost stated here (75) is an advance. Due to the recent sharp rise of the energy cost, I cannot anymore establish a flat rate cost. As a consequence we will read together the electricity meter at the check in and you will have 150 Kwh per month already paid. After this consumption, you will have to pay 0,50 x Kwh which will exceed 150 Kwh consumption. Cleaning fee requested ( 40) includes cleaned sheets/towels and will need to be paid at the check in 1 time only. 500 deposit guarantees the proper use of the furniture of the apartment. It will be fully refunded at the check out time.
