External Description: Located on the third floor, without elevator - 45 steps, of a building located on Via Romana in the Oltrarno area, one of the most beautiful historical areas of the city and a few steps from Santo Spirito. Internal description: Spacious and cozy apartment (92 (hidden) / 990 sq.ft) perfect to host up to 6 people. This apartment is laid out on two levels. As you enter the apartment you will be welcomed by the bright living area, with a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed (160 cm wide) and a dining table for 6 people. From the living room a staircase leads to the terrace, which is partly covered by a wooden and glass structure. Part of the terrace is instead open-air and is furnished with a small outdoor table with chairs and an hammock. Going back to the first level, after the living room and the staircase, there is the kitchen, which is very large and well equipped. From the kitchen there is a corridor that leads to the first bedroom (with a single 90 cm wide bed - if required it can be transformed into a double bed by extending the bed frame laterally). Then the corridor leads to the second bedroom (with a 160 cm wide double mattress - not divisible) and the two bathrooms, both complete with shower. Independent heating Air Conditioning: 4 total splits. One in the living room, one in each bedroom and one in the covered part of the terrace.
