Single (twin) bed in a nice and modern shared room with 2 twin beds (12 sqm - 2 beds, 2 bed tables, 2 bed table lamps, 2 wardrobes, 2 desks, 2 desk lamps, 2 rugs, 2 wall shelves, 2 chairs) in a comfortable and new students residence located in Almada, Portugal, in the south bank of Tagus River, facing Lisbon, the capital city. There is a metro line is right next door which can easily take you to FCT Nova, Piaget, Egas Moniz or Lisbon City Center. The place is located in a 3-story building, with an outdoor area. We have 12 cozy, clean and bright rooms (6 private; 6 shared), 3 well-equipped kitchen, 6 bathrooms and a Movies & Games Lounge . All our rooms will have air conditioning, bedding and towels. We also have an outdoor area where you can receive friends, with comfortable chairs, a mini-pool and outdoor shower for hot sunny days. Our facilities have been totally refurbished in 2023 and are now brand new. This place is ideal for practical and modern students coming to Portugal.
